You can use whatever fruit/berries you prefer but I used:
1 pint of raspberries, 1 pint of blueberries, 1 medium green apple peeled and diced, and 1 plum peeled and diced. I was out of strawberries otherwise I would have sliced some of those up too. Then I stirred in 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup. Right in the baking dish, no extra bowl necessary.
The crumble is 1 cup of almond meal/flour, 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut, 2-3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Just use your hands to mix it until it’s crumbly. You may need to add a little extra oil.
Evenly spread out the crumb mixture over the fruit and then bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
It’s SO freaking good!
