Broccoli Noodle Bowls

OMG this is SO good! I feel like it would be unfair to not share this with you!!

Organic brown rice ramen noodles
Steamed broccoli
Scallions
Sesame seeds

Amazeballs sauce: 1 cup of broth or water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, white parts of scallions. Optional: arrowroot starch to thicken.


Mondays are my late nights so it was nice to have this delicious dinner ready in under 20 minutes. The worst part was waiting for the water to boil. LOL
