Every Saturday I like to celebrate the successes of the members of my Fit Fam. We celebrate each other every day but on Saturdays we share our victories from the week. Of course we celebrate weight loss, even if it is an ounce but my favorite successes are OFF of the scale. These non scale victories can be things such as fitting into a pair of jeans that you haven’t been able to wear in months, sticking to your nutrition plan, drinking more water, lifting heavier weights, doing more reps, running farther than you ever have before, or having someone tell you that you look like you have lost weight. Those are THE BEST!!
In honor of the 21 Day Fix being the January promo I want to celebrate Brandi! She has completely transformed her body at home with 21 Day Fix and has blown me away with her results. Like seriously, LOOK AT HER RESULTS!!! This isn’t a fad diet. You workout at home and you follow a simple nutrition program that doesn’t deprive you of the things you love. Chocolate? Wine? Bread? Pasta? You can have all of that! Brandi is a super busy mom who is a full time teacher but she still makes the time to push play and prep her meals for the week. That’s right I said she MAKES time. She could easily skip her workouts and say she is too busy but she doesn’t. She wants it so she does it. It’s that simple. Sometimes she works out late at night when most people are sleeping! She is AMAZING!! #NoExcuses
My next challenge begins on January 11th and I know she is going to keep crushing it.
