Week Three is in the books and here are my progress pics to prove it!
These pics probably look pretty similar to you because I do look sort of the same but let me tell you what these pictures can’t:
* I am using the heaviest set of dumbbells I have EVER used before. EVER. (20s). I used to only be able to use 2 pounders so 20s is a pretty big deal.
* I actually weighed myself to prove a point and I have lost 3 pounds since the last time I weighed myself. I hate the scale so I was shocked to see the number go down for once in a lonnngggggg time. It’s still only a number though, so who cares! LOL!
* I can see and feel muscles popping up on my body that were not there three weeks ago!
* I feel stronger and didn’t ‘fluff up’ like I thought I would since I’m not doing as much cardio as I usually do.
I’m damn proud of myself for lifting weights every day since it is out of my comfort zone. I am able to do exercises that I never thought I would be able to do. I used to use 6 pound weights during shoulder presses and hated every second of it. Now I’m pressing 15s like a boss and ready for more!
