This Mediterranean tuna salad is AMAZING!
1 can of tuna in water, drained
1 roasted red pepper, chopped
1 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
1-2 tablespoons of capers
Juice of one lemon
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
ground black pepper to taste
Mix it all together and you have a delicious meal! I had it on a gluten free wrap but it would be great on a salad too.
