Progress and Reflection on Flex Friday


3.5 years ago when I started dabbling around with the idea of working out at home I started with 30 Day Shred.

I couldn’t even get through the warm up without wanting to quit. Windmills (shoulder exercise) KILLED me. So it’s pretty cool that they are in the warm up of my current program and instead I kill THEM. Seems silly but to me this is a big deal. That’s just one more example of how far I have come since I started.

That’s the point though- I started. We all have our beginning point but the most important part is that we keep going. Because when you do that you WILL see results and you will change your life in so many ways.
