It’s Sunday, which means it is meal planning day! I say this all of the time, but taking a little bit of time to plan out my nutrition for the week makes a HUGE difference for me. I am less likely to ‘go off track’ if I know what I am going to have for dinner each night and have all of the ingredients in my house already. If I have to plan that day or make a last minute trip the store, I am most likely going to just order takeout because it is easier. HA!

Mushroom Pasta Bake: I will ditch the nutritional yeast and use lentil pasta instead of regular to make it gluten free.
