This is going to surprise you, but I have started eating meat! EEK!! After 5 years of being a vegetarian/vegan my doctor has advised me to start eating meat again due to protein deficiency. My body isn’t working properly and I am dealing with a lot of issues because of it. So here goes nothing!
Monday:
Honey Glazed Salmon: I will have this with quinoa and steamed spinach, and will use a gluten free flour and dairy free butter.
Tuesday:
Baked Bell Pepper Tacos (I’ll leave out the dairy)

Salisbury Steaks: with Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Baked Sweet Potato
Saturday:
Sunday:
Best Baked Pork Tenderloin: I’ll serve it with steamed broccoli.
